ABOUT US

We offer bespoke bar services for private events, corporate functions and weddings at affordable prices. Together with our clients, we have curated more than 500 events, from intimate house parties to wine trade shows as well as large scale festive parties.

 

Our team consists of award winning mixologists, flair bartenders, bartenders, certified sommeliers, servers and female brand ambassadors - hand-picked for their personality, flair bartending skills and wine expertise.

 

We conduct wine/whisky appreciation and cocktail making sessions. We also assist in wine trade shows and in addition, one of our services include the handling and serving of rare and fine wines by our certified sommeliers. 

Shake 'n' Swirl is also one of the few bar event companys insured with public liability and work injury compensation.

OUR FOUNDER

Our founder, Kim draws over 20 years of Wine, Food & Beverage experience from working with hotels, country clubs, restaurants and bars in Singapore. He is also the co-owner of 3 Bars in Singapore,

1. Nutmeg & Clove Bar, Asia’s 50th Best Bar (2017, 2018, 2020, 2022 & 2023) and Finalist of the Best New Cocktail Bar at the World Gourmet Summit (2015), 2. Last Word Cocktails Bar (61), Asia's 50 Best Bars 2023 - 51-100 and 3. Draft Land Singapore.

In addition to experience in bar events, Kim is also an in-house sommelier to the late Dr N.K Yong and a highly sought-after sommelier for rare and fine wines for Private Wine Connoisseur, Wine Trade Show and Wine Fair. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling to wineries and distilleries around the world. His favourite memory is spending a season of wine harvesting and pruning at prestige winery, Egon Muller in Germany.
